Organize travel arrangements hotel and ticket booking for the business trips of employees Handle office and vehicle maintenance and others facilities management of SBU Arrange necessary security management and monitor the security of SBU office building Manage the housekeeping activities cleaning, food services, others Arrange necessary printed materials and forms for SBU Coordinate meeting room bookings and teleconference bookings as required Monitor vehicle usage, arrange ferry services for employees and handle repair and maintenance of vehicles in SBU Collaborate with the person in charge of Admin in Corporate Office for necessary documents to do license and contract extension of SBU fixed assets Liaise with the person in charge of Procurement in Corporate Office for allocation of fixed assets, office2 2consumables stationary, etc. to the SBU office Communicate with SBU Finance head and Corporate Finance to prepare estimate budget of admin activities Be responsible for necessary administrative activities including front desk handling, office coordination, data entry, retrieving and filing data and logistics, etc.
