JOB DESCRIPTION:The position is an entry to midlevel position, where the individual must have experience in commercial or industrial Architectural CAD drafting. Immediate responsibilities include:Perform highly detailed Architectural drawings using specialist computeraided design CAD applications as directed by the Director or Team Leader.Preparing AsBuilt drawing, coordinating with team leaders.Support the team leader in the documentation process.Support material and product research for projects.Ensure that all architectural plans are compliant with the codes and requirements specified by the permitting authority in the various cities and countries.Revise architectural drawings as marked and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes.Ensure established deadlines are met.Travelling regularly to buildingfacility sites, proposed locations and client meetings as required.Coordinate and work with various departments to develop accurate drawings working closely with FP Japan.Work closely and in coordination with Key Leaders, ensuring direction, support, coordination, and results for the FP Myanmar business.Participate in local events and associations and government gatherings to develop and strengthen the customer networkrelationship.Develop and Coordinate with local realestate, architect, and construction companies a good relationship to provide high quality service to our clients.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTUniversity Graduate.Minimum of 3 years experience operating CAD JWCAD, AUTOCAD, ArchiCAD etc.Good communication skill in JapaneseN3 or higherEnglish Language skill a plus.Strong presentation skillsStrong organizational skillsConstructionArchitect company experience in Myanmar is a big plus.KEY CHARACTERISTICS:Common Sense: Can respect and obey the company rules and live by its philosophy.Market Attuned: Can read market trends, understand the nuances and is in sync with the world of local construction industry.Good Business Sense and Judgment: A quick study in a business context.Positive Interpersonal Skills: A solid team leader player.Challenge Responsive and Achievement Oriented: A person who is attracted to big challenges and brings a creative, innovative approach that challenges the status quo and achieves goals.Maturity and SelfReliance: Has a comfortable ego and is at ease with herself.
