Maximizes profitability for the operation.Periodic reports to be submitted on branch marketing activities and sales.Supervision of activities of the marketingsales personnel at branch and outlet under your care.Establishes good customer rapport with all the company clinic clients and walkin customers and the community as a whole to create healthcare awareness to support business growth.OPERATIONSAssist the Country Manager in overseeing the daily operations of branch and outlets.Oversees and implements quality control on all tests. To see to the documentation of quality control issues. Ensures that the laboratory operations run smoothly and efficiently.Ensures that the branch is adequately equipped and well maintained. To oversee the general maintenance of the branch, ie lighting, cleanliness and security.Oversees on stock levels of all items health products, laboratory, office and the branch. Responsible for purchases of the branch.Oversees the welfare of staff and promotes teamwork. Deals with any staff issues which may arise from time to time, ie grievances, disciplinary matters and others.Oversees staff performance, recommends training and does staff appraisals. Recommends promotions, upgrading and increments accordingly. To ensure that there is adequate manpower for the branch.
